Many One Cowichan supporters are fully behind Protecting the Inlet from the Kinder Morgan pipeline expansion. As a result, we are renting a bus to pick us up at Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal at 8am on Saturday, March 10, 2018 to take us to the march and back again. 

The march starts at 10am at the Lake City Way Skytrain Station.

This means, we are taking the 6:15am ferry from Departure Bay - that's early! But this will get us there on time.

Transportation from Cowichan to the Departure Bay Ferry Terminal in Nanaimo (and back again) is up to each of us to arrange individually. However, if you can offer or need a ride you can email Rosalie at [email protected]. If cost is a barrier, there may also be sponsorships available for bus seats if needed.

Please bring your own food/snacks & water and dress for the weather - that means layers and rain gear just in case!

The cost for a bus seat in Vancouver is $20 and must be purchased in advance to secure your seat.

Spaces are limited. Options for paying are through PayPal which can be done below by purchasing a ticket.

• If you prefer to send an e-transfer you can do so to [email protected], but you must notify Rosalie ASAP as tickets may sell through Paypal first. Please email confirming your request and include your password for the e-transfer.

We will establish a meeting place at 5pm for the bus to return us to the Horseshoe Ferry in time to catch the 6:35pm ferry back to Nanaimo.
