A: Born in India - immigrated to Canada - Duncan BC 1980. I have been married for over 34 years and as a result  have 3 sons, 3 beautiful daughter-in-laws and 3 gorgeous granddaughters. I am running to serve the community and make positive changes - regarding spending taxpayer's money.

Q2. The community survey results placed a high priority on sustainability, in particular on protecting our watersheds, water supply and water quality, as well as on creating a more sustainable local economy. If elected, please describe what your approach would be to those issues.

A: Protecting our watersheds, water supplies and water quality - is a very important role for my economic development vision.  Need to achieve sustainable economic development and have a plan in place that works for all.

Q3. The survey results indicated citizens want to see more consultation and accountability between elected officials and their constituents. If elected, please describe what your approach would be to those issues.

A: I would be always available and eager to listen to ideas.  I would encourage regular progress all residents.

Q4. What is your position on municipal tax rates and the corresponding level and allocation of services?

A: I think the taxes needs to be frozen and no more increases for the next year.  Afterwards the rate should be according to the rate of inflation.

Q5. What is your vision for this area, and how would getting elected help achieve it?

A: I would love to see growth for our community.  Try to encourage more international students to our schools.  Work towards a clean green community.

Again my vision is:
