A: My name Joe Thorne ex vetern spent 6 yrs thus far on Duncan City Council very passionate of being on council I am a Cowichan tribe member an Love Duncan very much work with SD#79 an VIU as a trades promoter for the dual credit /trades programs.

Q2. What is your vision for the school district, and how would getting elected help achieve it?

A: My focus is on the students.
