This would almost triple the transport of diluted bitumen from 300,000 to 890,000 barrels per day, as well as increase tanker traffic passing from Vancouver along the Golf Islands through Victoria out to the open ocean from approximately 60 to 400 vessels each year.

Let's find out!
Come out to join a conversation where we will talk strategy and explore what tactics we can do in support of stopping this project.
